In this Cybersecurity course, students are introduced to the core principles used by cybersecurity professionals to protect digital information and systems. Through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios, students explore topics such as encryption, secure coding practices, threat identification, and defensive strategies against common cyber attacks. Emphasizing practical application, students analyze vulnerabilities, implement security measures, and respond to simulated threats—mirroring how security teams operate in industry. By the end of the course, students are equipped with foundational, career-relevant cybersecurity skills to safely navigate and protect the digital world.
