Students are introduced to professional music production workflows using FL Studio, a digital audio workstation (DAW) used by producers and audio engineers worldwide. They learn how professionals transform musical ideas into polished tracks by composing melodies, applying music theory, integrating custom hardware controllers, and using mixing techniques employed in commercial studios. Students build a functional Arduino-based MIDI controller and integrate it with their DAW, experiencing the full pipeline from physical interface design to digital sound production. The course culminates in a Final Music Production Project where students produce a complete, presentation-ready track.
